Faculty/Staff Guest Housing
Registrant must register or login before viewing available room type and locations to book.
Requirements
As space is available, University Housing is able to provide housing accomodation for faculty and staff as needed. For more information regarding Faculty and Staff Housing can be found at: University Housing Guest Services
- Proof of Employment (offer letter or verification with HR)
- Driver's license or state-issued ID
- Minimum Night Stay | 30 days
Through the registration process, a faculty or staff member will be able to specify their preferred contract and if they are bringing minors or animal as well. The approval process will be monitored by the Assistant Director of Housing Operations and Guest Services with coordination with Human Resources. Once an employee has been approved, they will be about to select their unit in University Crossing and pay for their first month. All payments will be conducted through the Guest Services portal and contracts will be signed digitally.
If a faculty or staff member is bringing a minor on campus, they will be asked to complete any additional forms associated with the Non-Student Minors on Campus Policy.
Employee Packages
2 Bedroom Apartment | 3, 6, 10, or 12 month contract | $45.00/day | $1350/month
Pet Policy
As part of the pet policy - the employee will pay a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit.
Cancellation Fee
If a contract is cancelled while the employee is still employed, the employee will be responsible for half the remaining contract value.
Renters Insurance
Faculty/Staff Guest Housing occupants are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance to cover such losses. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain both personal property insurance for damage to personal belongings as well as liability insurance to cover damage to university property that the Guest Occupant is found responsible for due to negligence, accident or intentional action on the Guest Occupant’s part (e.g., guest leaves item on stove and a fire occurs causing smoke, fire and water damage to the guest’s room, common spaces or other occupants rooms).
Parking
All vehicles parking on campus require a parking permit. You can purchase your parking permit by visiting the Eagle Card and Parking Office located at 11935 Abercorn Street in Savannah.

Internet service is provided by the campus through ResNet Services. Please follow the step-by-step guide to register so that you can utilize the wifi while you are staying with us.
Other Opportunities
Eagle Dining offers Faculty/Staff Dining Plans to provide a convenient place to eat, build community and engage students in the various dining facilities on both the Statesboro and Armstrong campuses.
Campus Recreation & Intramurals offers Faculty/Staff Memberships to utilize the CRI facilities on both the Statesboro and Armstrong campuses.
